This website, quibas.com (the "Site" or "Website"), is owned and operated by Aneta Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi ("Quibas", "we" or the "Company").
Please read our Terms of Use carefully and make sure you understand them before using any service or product from quibas.com. By accessing and using this website and its products, you agree to accept and comply with these terms.
1. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Quibas be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, materials on this site, including but not limited to loss of data or profits or business interruption. If your use of materials on this site requires servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you bear all associated costs.
2. Licensing, Support and Updates
The Quibas platform and tools are provided under a commercial license agreement based on an annual subscription. An active subscription includes access to the latest version of the platform and technical updates.
Standard technical support is provided free of charge for the first two (2) months after your subscription begins. After this period, technical support services are subject to a separate Support Agreement to be signed by the parties.
3. Ownership and Responsibility
All Quibas products, solutions and materials remain the intellectual property of Aneta Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi. You may not claim ownership of our services, whether modified or unmodified. Our products and services are provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty.
4. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
Annual subscriptions do not renew automatically at the end of the term unless the service agreement states otherwise. Requests to cancel or not renew a subscription must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) days before the subscription ends. Subscription fees already collected are not refundable unless the service agreement specifies a refund condition.
5. Warranty
Quibas services are provided without any express or implied warranty. We do not guarantee full compatibility with all browsers, devices or external systems. Before purchasing, we recommend attending our demo sessions or contacting our support team to confirm compatibility with your setup.
6. Account Termination and Suspension
Quibas reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice, including but not limited to cases of illegal use or use in breach of contract, security breaches, or malicious conduct toward Quibas staff or other customers.
7. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Quibas does not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used only for purposes such as order processing, account management and legal compliance. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
